Capture the best moments happening at the event
The YES is an unforgettable experience for students and volunteers alike, and we’re committed to capturing as many of these special moments as possible to share with our community.
This year, we’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic videographer to help us bring the seminar to life through engaging videos and fresh video concepts. . You will work in the Media Team, under the guidance of the Media Coordinator and alongside the Photographer, Social Media Manager and Communications Intern in the GO and will document the energy, engagement, and educational journey of our participants.

About your role
Before the event:
Support the media team in producing promotional material for the social media using content from the YES Media collection
Plan ideas for videos during the YES
During the event:
Support the assembly and disassembly of the YES Office on premise
Produce or coordinate the production of daily videos at the YES (here are some samples of the daily videos in the past years)
Film a lot of videos and try to surprise iconic moments at the YES
After the event:
Produce 1 high-quality aftermovie of the YES 2026 focused on the educational aspect (max 3 min) within 2 months of the event;
Produce 1 high-quality aftermovie of the YES 2026 focused on the vibe and the community spirit at the YES (max 2 min) within 2-3 months of the event;
Support the production of 10 students testimonials, a deliverable for the EYF grant which is supporting the YES (we will have another person supporting with this task)
Your tasks
What you'll bring:
Have experience producing engaging event aftermovies
Ability to edit videos in software such as Premiere Pro
Ability to edit videos quickly for the daily videos (even though quality is not the same as the aftermovie)
Be creative and willing to develop new concepts for the videos produced
Be a team player and support your team
Be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced event environment
Optional, but preferred: have your own equipment to film in high quality.
