The Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES) empowers you to use what you have learned during your exchange to become a global change maker - while connecting with other host siblings, exchange students and the global YFU community at the same time.

The YES is a yearly intercultural get-together for YFU exchange program participants at the end of their exchange experience, all put together by a team of over 100 YFU volunteers. The YES is a unique opportunity to reunite with old friends from all over the world and make new ones, creating a bridge between the exchange year and the “return to normal”. It’s a fun learning experience where participants explore what it means to be a citizen of the world through diverse interactive learning activities and discover all the opportunities for volunteering and self-development present in the YFU Global Network. The international team of volunteers creates a unique spirit and an amazingly motivational experience for everyone at the YES.
